Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Relyt Works LLC, 1925 Lovett Avenue, STE 7 278, Bismarck, North Dakota 58504, United States ("Naytto", "we"). By creating an account you accept them, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you use Naytto for an organization, you accept these terms for it and confirm that you can bind it. Our Data Processing Addendum then applies to personal data we process for it.

The service

Naytto lets you view and control computers on your account from a web browser, through the Naytto app installed on each computer. Features, limits and supported systems are described in the app and may change. We'll give notice before removing a feature you pay for.

Your account

Plans, limits and payment

Naytto has no paid plans yet. Before any launch, these terms will add their prices, taxes, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund and withdrawal terms, with 30 days' notice. Plan limits, including relay traffic and simultaneous sessions, are shown on your Account page. When you reach a limit, new connections wait; sessions already open keep running.

Your content

What appears on your computers stays yours. Session content is encrypted between your browser and your computer, doesn't pass through Naytto's servers, and is never stored by Naytto (see the Privacy Policy). You give us only the permissions we need to run the service for you.

Availability

We work to keep Naytto available, but it's provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. A computer can be reached only while it is powered on, online and running the Naytto app. There is no service-level agreement.

Suspension and ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that create a security risk, with notice where the law requires it and it's practical. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Naytto is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to Naytto is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

If you use Naytto for an organization, it will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from its breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights consumers have by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in North Dakota. There is no arbitration clause. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in its courts.

Changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you keep using Naytto after that, you accept the change. If you don't accept it, you can delete your account.
