Acceptable Use Policy

Naytto is for reaching computers you own, or computers you are authorized to access. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

You may not

1. Access a computer without authorization. Don't install the Naytto app on, or add to your account, a computer you don't own or aren't authorized to control. That includes using it to watch, control or take data from someone else's computer without their knowledge and consent. This covers stalkerware, spying on a partner or employee in breach of the law, remote-access scams such as fake technical support, and unauthorized access under laws such as the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the UK Computer Misuse Act or Directive 2013/40/EU.
2. Defraud or deceive people. For example, persuading someone to install Naytto by impersonating a bank, a government agency or technical support.
3. Harm systems or networks. Don't distribute malware, run denial-of-service attacks, use Naytto's relay to hide the origin of attacks, or scan or break into systems you aren't authorized to test.
4. Attack Naytto. Don't probe, scan or test the service's vulnerabilities, get around its rate limits, plan limits or security controls, or access another account's data. To report a vulnerability, email security@naytto.com.
5. Break the law. Don't use Naytto to infringe intellectual property, violate export controls or sanctions, or handle content that is illegal where you or the computer is located.
6. Resell or share access to the service except as your plan allows.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. We may suspend or end the account, remove computers from it, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where we can, we'll tell you why. Report abuse to abuse@naytto.com, including the computer or account involved if you know it.
