Questions
How does the free trial work?
It starts when you sign up and lasts 14 days. You don't give a card to start it. When it ends, choose a plan in Account to keep connecting. Nothing is charged unless you choose one.
Do prices include tax? Can I pay in my currency?
Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout you see the price in your local currency before you pay. In US and Canadian dollars, any sales tax is added on top; in other currencies, VAT or similar tax is included in the price shown.
Who takes the payment?
Stripe, through its Link service, sells Naytto plans to you as our reseller. It takes the payment, handles taxes and emails your receipts. Your card statement shows the charge as coming from Link. You pay in Account, without leaving Naytto.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time, in Account. The new plan starts right away. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of your billing period; moving down credits the difference toward your next payments.
How do I cancel?
In Account, any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. After that you can't start new connections, but your computers stay on your account and nothing on them is stopped. Choose a plan again whenever you like. Deleting your account cancels your plan straight away.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Naytto tells you, and new connections wait. Sessions already open keep running, and your computers are never paused or removed. At the monthly relay traffic limit, new connections start again on the 1st of next month (UTC). Account shows how much you've used.
To prevent abuse, a new account can add at most 2 computers and connect to 1 at a time during its first week, whatever its plan.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan keeps working for 7 days while you update your card in Account. If the payment still hasn't gone through by then, new connections stop until it does. Sessions already open keep running.
Can I get a refund?
As the reseller, Stripe handles refund requests under its terms for buyers and the law where you live. If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. See the Terms of Service.
